  1. Our church migrated from QB Desktop to QBO for both accounting and payroll. For any organization using QBO I can’t imagine a more simple solution for payroll than QB Payroll Online. We run payroll in a couple of minutes and it’s all done: Direct deposits to employees, taxes remitted, quarterly reports submitted, W-2’s produced, accounting entries made, employees maintain their own records online, etc.
