The recommended size for the video that will best work with Facebook’s Cover Video requirements is 820 x 462 pixels, which is the optimal size for the space in the Facebook Cover Video.
The video must be between 20 to 90 seconds, and you must trim it before uploading it to Facebook. It will not let you upload anything outside of those parameters.
How to Set Up Your Facebook Cover Video
First, hover your Mouse over your current cover image, Change Cover Icon will pop up. Please note that your church page needs to be a business page to have these features. The cover video feature is not available for personal Facebook pages. Then, when you click on Change Cover, you will have the option to Select Video or Upload New Video.
