XP Summit, announced their 2022 conference will be held March 24-25 in Manchester, NH this year focusing on the theme, “Leading Through Disruption.” The annual event is aimed at Executive Pastors and Executive Directors in particular, calling it, “a gathering for XP's by XP's.”
This year, 9+ leaders/speakers will be presenting and hosting “peer conversations” throughout the event.
In particular, Warren Bird, Vice-President of Research for the Evangelical Council for Financial Accountability (ECFA), will be presenting results of North America’s largest-scale, most cross-denominational survey designed to provide a 2022 “state of church multiplication,” titled, The New Faces of Church Planting.
As of the publication of this article, church leaders can still participate in the study by filling out the study survey online.
