Some people in ministry hold the same position for decades; others find different reasons for moving on to a new position. Whether you are looking for new challenges, looking to move across the country for a change of pace, or hoping to climb the ministry ladder, chances are at one point or another, you’ll have the opportunity to participate in a Skype interview. It’s the closest thing to an in-person interview without the expense of a plane ticket.

Let’s cover the basics first.
