Create Some Slack in Your Workday [Infographic]

-

Churches are more and more looking for ways to increase productivity. Email can be problematic, and fancy project management software can be expensive. Enter Slack. Limited features are free to groups of any size, which is hard to believe, yet true.

Officially launched in February 2014, this messaging platform integrates group chats with dozens of other software services to create a well-rounded communication system.

Users can weave in their favorite apps and websites, including Trello, Blossom, Desk, Twitter, and Dropbox, to share files, calendars, photos, and more.

But the bread and butter of this platform is it’s messaging system. Users chat via channels, either with large groups or one other individual and smart notifications allow people to focus on their work without missing conversations pertinent to them or their particular job.

Slack is the fastest growing startup of all time, and for good reason. It is user-friendly, easy to use, and offers a more efficient way for teams to check in with each other and stay in the know.
