Communicate More Effectively
How many times do you wish that you could communicate more effectively with the members of your congregation? I know many churches that try their best, but just don’t have the tools at hand to do the best possible job of getting the word out about events, messages, prayer requests, and other critical information needed to be the Body of Christ.
Well, my friends (and clients) over at Church Community Builder keep adding more and more communication enhancements to their already great church management software solution (ChMS) that enable congregations to keep people in the loop more efficiently.
Today, I helped them announce summer communication enhancements to web-based CCB that include:
- Customizable email notifications to ensure more timely communications between a church and its congregation.
- iPhone Interface Upgrade that gives users experience more streamlined CCB use from their phones without having to re-login each time they want to access information.
-
Needs Management Tools that enable churches to be better able to respond and care for their members as needs arise within the congregation.
-
Additional enhancements released this summer include: improved email attachment handling to streamline performance and avoid SPAM designations; giving statements that now include active pledge commitments and related details; easier login acquisition that simplifies the process of getting people involved; customizable communication preferences to tailor what users receive from the church and when; and enhanced user interface features to increase the overall ease-of-use that has always been a hallmark for CCB.
